The "Signature" was produced in Martinique at the Rhum J.M distillery. It was distilled in 1996 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 22 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 41,4%. This is a limited release and there are only 216 bottles.
