“Al naso agrumi, floreale, leggermente tostato ,pepato e con maturati. Al palato si viene avvolti subito dal muschio, dalla terra, dalle erbe e dai fiori, sembra di avere il terriccio boscoso autunnale in bocca misto alla primavera, davvero fantastico e senza un filo di astringenza, un finale ricco e dolce di miele caldo, dove ritorna anche un po' di pepe, agrume e leggera tostatura. Capolavoro! Quintessenza della canna rossa. Nel bicchiere vuoto camomilla, legno giovane e lieve tostatura. Ho provato a miscelarlo con La Favorite La Créole e raggiunge la perfezione.”

“Le meilleur blanc goûté à ce jour. Nettement au dessus du Dillon 2019 monovarietal. Il y a un petite note de cave qui sent le moisi mais, grand surpris, il est très agréable et ajoute plus de complexité à l’œuvre. Si vous êtes en train de songer dans un sorte de « est-ce que je dois acheter cette bouteille » savez-vous aussi que je suis grand fan incorruptible des rhums blancs font avec de la canne rouge et seulement de la canne rouge. Pour ceux qui partage mon goût, hautement recommandé. Vraiment de la haute qualité. L’epais sceau du cire rouge qui entoure la bouche donne davantage de classe à l’expérience aussi.”
