HSE Cuvée de l'an is a vibrant unaged rum from Martinique's Distillerie du Simon. Distilled in 2018 using sugar cane juice and a Creole Column, this rum is renowned for its fresh, complex aroma and taste. A very pleasant white rum, not very acidic, which will go perfectly with a ti punch. Very pleasant on the palate.

Super rapport qualité/prix mais, à mon sens, en dessous des cuvées 2012 et 2016 plus gourmandes. Pour des ti punchs de qualité supérieur c'est le rhum idéal.
Citron vert, agrumes, poivre léger. Très équilibré, onctueux
