HSE Château Marquis de Terme Finish rum is a limited edition from Distillerie du Simon in Martinique. Distilled in 2013, using sugar cane juice and a Creole Column, it's aged between 1 to 6 years and boasts a 48% ABV. Noted for its complex woody and fruity aroma, it includes layers of vanilla, cocoa, and spice. Très bon HSE qui du nez à la finale est porté sur le boisé,cacao les fruits rouges et fruits secs.
A very pleasant, gourmand HSE, with a lovely nose of red fruits, spices and woody notes. On the palate, the nose is confirmed, with fine cocoa on a background of red fruits, spices with a not too pungent pepper, elegant woodiness, and a well-rounded finish with a hint of freshness.

Profil martiniquais rehaussé par le finish en fut de vin. Fonctionne très bien. J'aime beaucoup. Un peu cher pour un assemblage de rhum de 1 à 6 ans.
