“A slightly more balanced rum compared to the Sauternes finish. The nose seems more closed at first, but the palate is more expressive. Red fruits and dried fruits join wood and spices to form a smooth rum on the palate, lifted by the notes of the finishing wine. The finish is long and delicate. A fine HSE finish.”
