Le nez est plutôt discret, voir légèrement alcooleux . On retrouve quelques notes d’agrumes, de boisé et de sucre brun. En bouche c’est vif, avec un profil herbacé, des notes de réglisses et de miel. La finale est moyenne sur du léger boisé. L’ensemble est beaucoup trop vif à mon gout. Il aurait mérité une réduction ou alors le laisser vieillir encore un peu pour l’assagir. Malheureusement, cela ne me donne pas plus envie de m’intéresser à cette distillerie Bonne Mère, c’est raté.

Intégration alcoolique pas optimale. Bouche bien porté sur l'alcool, épices et piments. Finale moyenne sur le boisé

J'avais beaucoup aimé l'embouteillage TCRL, celui-ci moins. Je trouve que le rhum manque d'équilibre. L'attaque est un peu trop vive. Cependant belle longueur

Das hat durchaus was - die Abfüllung kommt fruchtig-würzig daher, dazu gesellt sich eine charmanente Süsse. Im Mund melden sich schliesslich auch noch frische Gewürze und grüne Noten an, auch diese sorgen aber für keinerlei Missbalance. Interessant und durchaus eigenständiges Profil dank der Kombination aus frischen Gewürzen, Süsse und frischen Früchten. Gut!
