„On the nose, we find the signature bielle. It's greedy, but the alcohol on the back of the nose is almost unpleasant. There's a hint of stewed citrus fruit (like candied orange), it's round with a spicy caramel edge. And on the back of the nose, with the alcohol, there's a hint of chocolate at times. On the palate, the spiciness takes over. The alcohol is very well integrated, stinging on the tongue but just right. The finish remains spicy, with a floral note at the end. A very long finish.“

„Une rondeur incroyable pour le degré. On a pas mals de fruits jaunes et d'agrumes rôtis/compotés avec du bois élégant qui vient relever le tout. Les épices et le cacao prennent le dessus en fin de bouche tout en gardant une rondeur incroyable. Longueur interminable“
