“On the nose, we find the signature bielle. It's greedy, but the alcohol on the back of the nose is almost unpleasant. There's a hint of stewed citrus fruit (like candied orange), it's round with a spicy caramel edge. And on the back of the nose, with the alcohol, there's a hint of chocolate at times. On the palate, the spiciness takes over. The alcohol is very well integrated, stinging on the tongue but just right. The finish remains spicy, with a floral note at the end. A very long finish.”
