“A well-made Hampden without being wow. The alcohol could have been better integrated into the nose.”

“FUNKY! Wow, that smell! We teleport to Hampden in half a second.Glue, very ripe fruit. Then a sweet and subtle pineapple. The first sip is strong. The 62° are well there. It's strong and spicy. Immediately, the fire is calmed for an incredible greediness. All this sugar and fruit! The spiciness stays very long in the mouth. The pineapple is present in the background too. Then the aeration let appear a touch of iodine as well as the wood which had remained very discreet until then.it is frankly very good.unfortunately, too strong for me to become an everyday rum.it remains a real nice discovery.”
