“Another retaste and I stick to my initial score. This is the bomb of Chairman’s Reserve. A very intense and well balanced rum. I was very locky to get a sample and I like it a lot. The nose is intense and has smoky wood and fruit trailed by cinnamon and coffee. The palate takes off where the nose left. A warm and intense rum, yet well balanced with smoky wood, fruits and spices. The finish is extremely long and warm with smoky wood, dried fruits and spices. Price to quality can be argued, when I compare it to my other old Chairman’s Reserve rums for which I paid less than half :-)”
