Bellamy’s Reserve Oloroso Cask Finish is an artisanal rum blend, selected by Perola, known for its distinct sherry influence. Aged for 5 to 12 years, its 47.1% ABV delivers vibrant notes of prunes, fruitcake, and cinnamon. Users often enjoy its rich and harmonious sherry and chocolate profile, although some find the sherry influence overpowering. It has hints of raisins that subtly balance woody undertones, making it appealing for both beginners and aficionados. With only 150 bottles released, this limited-edition rum offers a unique tasting experience, ideally enjoyed during the holiday season.

Eine runde Sache. Passt nur eher in die Weihnachtszeit. Sherryfass frisst den Rum nicht auf. Daher ausgeglichen und ganz lecker.
Früchtebrot mit Nutella. Schokolade und Mokka. Oloroso Sherry Noten gut eingebunden.
Sehr gelungener Blend! Der leicht erhöhte Alkoholgehalt ist sehr gut gewählt, oloroso sherry Finish ist sehr harmonisch, nicht zu Dominant und gibt schöne fruchtige und nussige Noten nach Früchtebrot, Pflaumenmuß und dunkler Schokolade mit Bittermandeln frei. Nicht zu süß auch und im Abgang kommen dann leicht Tannine und Cassis mit durch. Schöner "unkomplizierter" easy sipper der sowohl für Einsteiger als auch fortgeschrittene sehr gut geeignet ist!
