“This is a very atypical but delicious Rum from Mount Gay🤤Blind you’ll never say this is a MG 😅 The alcohol is integrated well. Some atypical tastes in mouth and finish with some notes of licorice, tobacco and a nice taste of the oak barrel. It‘s an awesome everyday rum with a good price per value ratio. I see this one slightly behind the 2000 MG from S.B.S Update: Found some nice licorice and rubber notes 😜 The second sip was a lot better, more impressive. By far the best from mount gay🤤🤤 enjoyed it a lot”

“Typical barbados rum from nose to finish. Price to quality is very good. The nose is fruity and has light smoky wood to it and some vanilla after resting. The palate is typical Barbados with lots of fruit and smoky wood, vanilla and chocolate is trailing. The chocolate gets more obvious once the glass is empty and has been standing for a while. The rum draws nice curtains in the glass. The finish is long and warm with smoky wood and tropical fruits.”

“Eine kräftige Rauchigkeit die mit der Zeit verfliegt und Ananas und Litchi weicht die man auch im Geschmack zusammen mit etwas Schokolade findet. Das ganze ist nicht Hampden Funky, aber auf seine Weise doch außergewöhnlich. Der Abgang ist wieder ganz anders ledrig-nussig mit etwas Tabak. Trockenes Leder bleibt lange am Gaumen.”
