To Rhum J.M
"It’s aged for 3 years in new oak barrels and finished for a short time in former Bourbon casks. It’s, as all J.M’s, in their standard line up, a good entrance to the world of Agricole’s. The nose is floral and woody with aromas of grass, oak and bourbon. At the palate the aromas comes back as flavors plus that there are flavors of sugarcane and smoke."
"#5031 05.01.2025 Enjoying a few samples at home. Nose Round, wood, light roasted, cinnamon, spice, light sour, light grass, fruits. Palate Round, wood, light roasted, naturally sweet, light cinnamon, light tannins, faint grass, light spicy, faint banana. Finish Medium to long, wood, fruits, naturally sweet, faint smoke, light pineapple. The empty glass has a light burn note with light mint and citrus."
"Earthy and fresh nose and taste with a slightly oaky finish. Fairly complex and balanced flavors for a 3yo spirit."
