This Agricole works great neat, which my rating is based on, as well as in a White’N’Stormy or a Ti’Punch (Added photo). If my rating should have been based on those two drinks the rating had been close to 10. This version of ReimonenQ Cœur de Chauffe is a less reduced version of the ReimonenQ Cœur de Chauffe 50%. After distillation in ReimonenQ’s double column still it rests in stainless steel vats before being reduced to 59% and bottled. The nose is round, fruity, vegetal and a little spicy with aromas of mango, lime and pepper. At the palate it’s rustic, fruity, spicy, nutty and a little bitter with flavors of pepper and lime. The medium long finish is round, fruity and sweet.

Palate Warm, light, vegetal, lime, sugarcane, light floral, faint salt, light spicy, spice. Finish Medium long, warm, lime, sugarcane, faint salt, medium dry. The empty glass has some grass and herbs.
Mieux que le 50 mais bon. On y ajoute un peu de pomme et d’olive peut être. Un blanc de base à cocktail, qui peut quand même avoir son intérêt en ti punch même si les notes terreuses ne sont pas super bien intégrées et qu’on a globalement un produit rond qui s’estompe vite . Mouais.
