„The nose is full on raspberry. It's hard to smell anything else almost. There's a little Jamaican funkiness and mineral notes too but it's very much in the background. The palate sticks with the raspberry but there's also a surprising creaminess and some ginger to add a little spice. The finish is a little short but there is shorter out there. Syrupy honey and ginger linger for a while. Much better than I was expecting. A nice sipper especially for those who like raspberries and rums on the sweeter side. I also made a daiquiri which was lovely, lots of old school confectionery notes.“

„The nose was extremely off puting to start, but I returned after a few minutes and it mellowed, I get the red fruits that other mentioned but it’s hidden behind a front of pure alcohol. The taste is very pleasant, further red fruit with nice sweetness. Short finish, very pleasant“

„Nosing Funkyness jamican that I can smell cloves and spice .. reminds me of a weakened wray and nephew... This would be the Clarendon element in the blend .... Tasting Funky pineapple followed by loads of citrus ... For the price point I am struggling to find a better white rum that has a Jamaican fruity flavour“
