The "Belize" was produced in Belize at the Travellers distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses and then aged for 12 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60,8%. "Une bonne surprise, un nez profond et entier, beurrée et fruité. Élégant et puissant. Une bouche assez brûlante , un peu creuse, différente du nez. Puis les arômes réapparaissent. Une finale riche et intense. En sentant le verre vide apparaît un parfum assez net de Demerara."
