It was distilled in 2021 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for Unaged. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 63% and the mark is STC❤️E. This is a limited release and there are only 900 bottles. 35 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.7/10. Have to buy a bottle of it. Complex STCE profile. Am very curious how this rum develops further with barrel aging.
Here is clearly more going on the palate and the nose than the WP and HLCF. I like it best of the three to drink neat, closely followed by HD. The WP is somewhat behind.
