The "Kill Devil" was produced in Belize at the Travellers distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 67,3%. 14.05.2022 Had a nice meet up with some nice rums, good friends and also new rum enthusiasts. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, light roasted, nutts, cherry, light herbs, spice. Palate Round, oily, light wood, light nutts, light chocolate, plum, faint coffee, medium dry, light caramel. Finish Medium to long, round, light roasted wood, faint chocolate, light coffee, medium dry, prunes.
