Palate Round, naturally sweet, light wood, fruits, light caramel, light roasted, faint caramel. Finish Wood, dry, fruit, tannins, warm, light marzipan, light caramel.
The first tasting of the night at Whisky Watcher the 24th of February 2024, with nice company. An impressive taste for a 10 year rum. In the nose, it has a toffee-like sweetness to it, with some nuttyness and leather. The notes brings out an oily fruit sensation
What a treat! A bit of acetic acid on the nose, with the typical foursquare varnish orange notes.
