“Very very tasty, although quite typical foursquare! But can be drunk in any case genuinely very good and eckt at no point.”

“Beginning somewhat alcoholic nose... Sherry comes through well makes it more fruity and slightly sweeter in comparison ... After a bit of time in the glass, the spiciness fades a bit and it seems more harmonious ... The sherry cask has done a good job and brings mMn the typical Foursquare character something forward and makes it different (which is very welcome in view of the countless bottlings) prices beyond the 100€ I see as excessive.”

“At the time of release the price was very good for the quality you actually get. The nose is fruity with oak and vanilla trailed by chocolate. If you don't rest it then the nose will be alcoholic and you'll miss the subtle notes. The palate is complex and well balanced with oak and fruits and I like the peppery spicyness which is followed by vanilla and chocolate as well as a light note of espresso. Leave the empty glass and whiff it after a while to enjoy fruity and chocolate notes. The finish is long and warm with oak, dried fruit and a hint of chocolate.”
