How does this rum taste?
Brut de Fût Antilles Françaises, a product from Martinique, is a 2016 vintage rum selected by Ferroni and distilled from sugar cane juice. This rum boasts a robust blend of dried figs, cigar, prunes, and vanilla aromas, with strong flavors of coffee, chocolate, and cognac. Users praise its woody and complex character, along with a notably smooth alcohol integration. While the finish in Baume de Venise casks is intriguing, some find it overpowering. Its intricate profile and balance between woody and fruity elements make it an appealing choice for rum enthusiasts seeking unique, cask-strength options.

You can recognize the Saint James character immediately, with its unmistakable woodiness! Another fine rum from Ferroni that will delight lovers of the French West Indies, especially Saint James. On the palate, the viscous texture of Beaume de Venise makes itself felt. However, it retains the very imagery of an old house in autumn and all the smells that go with it.
Beaucoup de bois et de fruits secs sur une trame verte. Le raisin est présent au nez et en bouche. La composition sort des classiques agricoles et produit un ensemble surprenant et agréable. Bravo Guillaume !
Very nice, the finish in balsam of Venice goes perfectly with the agricultural profile, very nice!
Une très jolie rhum armonieux, bien boisé et équilibré.
