“Gegenuber seinem jüngerem Bruder kommt dieser eindeutig zahmer und komplexer daher! In der Nase noch immer viel Ester, aber auch zarte Karamell- und Papayanoten. Am Gaumen zunächst dunkles Krokant, junges Holz, Piment und ein wenig Ester! Insgesamt etwas pelzig! Der Alkohol ist auch hier gut integriert! Im Abbang bleibt junges Holz und Röstaromen! Ein Jahr im Fass sind hier mehr als deutlich spürbar!”

“Das eine Jahr Lagerung hat sich im Vergleich zum Duo unplugged bezahlt gemacht. Deutlich runder insgesamt und mehr Tiefe. Die verbrannte Zucker Note tritt in den Hintergrund. Leichte Ester und Holznoten kommen dazu.”
