Al naso è fresco con fermentati e maturati molto leggeri, floreale, vegetale e zucchero bruciato. Al palato è più caldo e profondo con sentori di umami misti, salati, agrumati, vegetali e di spezie natalizie (di stalla, dopo aver mangiato biscotti al cioccolato). C'è anche un tocco di acidità che però è ben arrotondato rispetto ad altre versioni come Perle Fine e Perle Rare dove è invadente.
Rhum puissant, on sent bien les 66 degrés. Comme tous les blancs d'A1710 on a une superbe odeur de canne fraîche.
