“Another really nice Corman Collins. Medium intense profile with light fruit and nice wood. Nice ABV integration and a warm silky touch to the palate. The empty glass is really nice and I can pick up some chocolate and coffee.”

“Grosse surprise, c’est atypique, on est loin des solvants et de la salade de fruits tropicaux de Long Pond. On est plus dans la réserve avec de la pomme, du citron et du chocolat. Le nez est très boisé-épicé mais est très élégant avec une touche de miel très gourmande. L’ensemble est très agréable et à contre-courant de ce qu’est la Jamaïque aujourd’hui. En bouche, c’est dans la trame du nez, avec de la pomme-poire associée aux épices. C’est très léger et équilibré avec un boisé tout en douceur. Les 50% sont parfaitement fondu. Finale plus sur le café qui s’estompe agréablement. ”
