Duncan Taylor saved this particular flight of Panama Rums! Really classic flavour profile that is not overly sweet or too bitter. Very nice integration and probably about the highest this particular Rum Style can go for me. Super impressive stuff!
Not bad, but I think it could do with a few more years in the barrel.
