"A New Yarmouth with a beautiful label. The nose is somewhere between Demerara, with salted butter caramel and spices, and Jamaican rum, with tropical fruit and a light varnish. The palate is surprisingly smooth, but immediately complex and full-bodied, with toasted almonds and very little ester. The finish is infinite and magnificent, with spices, varnished wood and tropical fruit. A great NY experience. The empty glass is very fruity, very Jamaican."
