“Un New Yarmouth avec une très belle étiquette. Un nez entre le Demerara avec du caramel au beurre salé et des épices et le rhum jamaïcain avec des fruits tropicaux et un léger vernis. La bouche est étonnement douce mais tout de suite complexe et avec plein d’arômes avec comme des amandes grillées et assez peu d’esthers. La finale est infinie et magnifique avec des épices, du bois vernis et toujours des fruits tropicaux. Très belle expérience de NY. Le verre vide est très fruité, très jamaïcain.”
