It was distilled in 2010 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 54,6%. Très bel équilibre entre la fraîcheur et la gourmandise qu'on retrouve chez bielle avec le fût de sauternes qui vient accentuer cette gourmandise et arrondit le angles. On a aussi une note souffrée mais pas dérangeante qui se distingue
