This 2021 vintage of Clément's Canne Bleue is very accomplished. The nose oscillates between the fruity notes of citrus and lime and the more floral, earthy and olive oriented aromas. The texture in the mouth is a bit fat and presents a nice roundness, freshness and some spices. Intense, tasty and smooth, this rum makes you want to go back in the glass. The finish, very long, lets glimpse a hint of basil very appreciable. A real success for this edition.

It is a very fresh and floral white rum. The fresh sugar cane is very present. It is a white rum which is appreciated as it is.
