“This 2021 vintage of Clément's Canne Bleue is very accomplished. The nose oscillates between the fruity notes of citrus and lime and the more floral, earthy and olive oriented aromas. The texture in the mouth is a bit fat and presents a nice roundness, freshness and some spices. Intense, tasty and smooth, this rum makes you want to go back in the glass. The finish, very long, lets glimpse a hint of basil very appreciable. A real success for this edition.”

“A very good Agricole as it should be. Fruity, citrusy taste and aroma. The sweetness of the sugar cane is clearly expressed. The ester content is also not to be neglected and rounds off the good overall package. My expectations were even exceeded. The products from Simon at this price should not be underestimated.”
