Kein schlechter Rum, aber irgendwie ein bissel zu dünn und dadurch recht beliebig.

Gigantische Nase nach New Yarmouth, jamaica funk und in Rum getränktem Weihnachtsstollen. Geschmacklich dann auch Ester-Funk, Honig, Banane, Birne und etwas Ingwer und roter Pfeffer. Erinnert leicht an Ingwerplätzchen. Rosine, Marzipan, Vanillepudding, getrocknete Feige, Zitronenabrieb und Honig und junges Holz gesellen sich im Abgang dazu. Insgesamt echt lecker & spannend aber auch etwas dünn. 4-6% mehr Alkohol würden das ganze deutlich spannender machen. Dafür aber sehr harmonisch, allerdings dominiert das New Yarmouth finish den Rum doch schon sehr!
