“Die Belize-Rum sind für mich immer wie eine Wundertüte…man weiß nie genau was man bekommt! In diesem Falle nichts Besonderes. Ist die Nase noch angenehm voller Kokosnuss, Creme Brulee und Vanille, verliert er am Gaumen völlig. Der Alkohol überstrahlt fast alle Aromen…auch nach einer längeren Verweildauer passiert nicht wirklich etwas. Maximal Holz, Piment und etwas zu lang gezogener Schwarztee sind erkennbar, der Abgang ist relativ kurz und genauso unspektakulär”

“Like many Belize rums, this one can only scratch the 8. Cocoa, vanilla, wood with caramelized cream are there. But as is often the case, it lacks a certain creaminess. Good, but nothing more.”

“Fruity and balanced nose, that evolves into a rather pungent and alcohol taste. Not well integrated and a bit disappointing because of the difference in nose and tongue. Finish rather ahort and not well integrated alcohol.”
