The "Demerara Dark Rum" was produced in Guyana at the Enmore distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses with a Wooden Continuous Coffey and then aged for 33 years. The rum has an ABV of 50%. This is a limited release and there are only 195 bottles.

“Mon premier enmore 1988 et troisième seulement donc je manque sûrement de repères seulement je trouve ça très bon. Un nez puissant et doux à la fois tandis qu’en bouche on a de bon mélanges de fruits rouges et notes plus dark café caramel. En bouche on ressent tout de même une probable réduction je pense. Je baisse ma note en considérant le prix même si je sais que les demerara pas cher ne courent pas les rues.”
