“A rum with a wonderful Virgin Islands base, but spoiled by kitschy taste additions like strawberry flavoring and other flavors that seem rather unnatural.More a kitsch dessert than a rum.But the base of this rum fascinates me, you can feel it between the sweet additions, but you have to make an effort ;-)”

“First time in a long time trying this. Had some tiramisu and decided to pair this with it, but it’s actually sweeter. The tiramisu at least has a bit of bitterness from the coffee. Far too much sugar for my palate nowadays. Scored it way higher in the past. Only way this bottle will ever be emptied, is by adding it to a coffee or maybe ask my girlfriend to make a rum cake with it. Or perhaps over ice cream in stead of caramel sauce. I can’t seem to enjoy it anymore.”
