"Really good 2007 C<>H.Beautiful fruit esters .... nice buttery acidity ... Annas, papaya, mango banana green apple and a hint of marzipan. In the finish comes through some wood and light roasted aromas .Pleases me well."

"02-09.04.2022 This was crazy week, where some friends and I rented a nice summerhouse on Rømø. The plan was to go nuts for a whole week with different rums without going overboard. The final agreement came to 6 rums a day and then enjoy nice walks or ferry rides during the day. Day 5 Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Intense, light wood, esters, light grass, pineapple, glue, light tomato. Palate Warm, light spicy, esters, light wood, citrus, pineapple, light tannins, faint caramel, light glue. Finish Long and warm, ester, light wood, light glue, Extra note. There is a light malt presence in the profile."

"Tasted against the two Duchess of the same vintage (rx10462 & 10861). The Kill Devil emerged as my favorite on the nose and palate. Only by 1 and 2 points respectively. But as the winner."

"Really very nice fruity and intense 2007 Hampden. Nose with a lot of power, sweet, honey and esters. Taste buttery, yellow fruits and again honey sweetness. In the attack slightly peppery and wood that lasts long. Super powerful overall package"
