It was distilled in 2017 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 3 years. Wow, this one is the hammer and it needs to rest for a while before giving it a go. Once properly rested it's an intense and fresh fruit cocktail vith some spices and varnish/polish. Price to quality is very good in my mind.
My first try with a high ABV % back in 2021. This is really tasteful and not completely overpowering despite the high ABV. Though some rest before consuming would be recommended. Notes of fresh fruits, molasses and that jamaican funk
