It was distilled in 2019 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 2 years 8mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 59,9% and the mark is DOK. This is a limited release and there are only 184 bottles.

“Let's start with the end of the tasting: I turned over my glass in order to get the last drop of this beverage, it was an hour ago, it still hasn't fallen! We are on a rum to drink and eat. No surprise it is a DOK, but in spite of everything even if it is the brothel so much there is things in there we take pleasure with this rum which remains a long, very long time in mouth.”
