"Complex rum, hard to apprehend. Too much on the oil side, empyreumatic. Quite a lot of tropical fruits, but not really my thing!"
"Young, wild, powerful. For the ester enthusiasts as expected, but adds layers of fruit and wood. Stays with you forever and develops nicely with time & water."
"Let's start with the end of the tasting: I turned over my glass in order to get the last drop of this beverage, it was an hour ago, it still hasn't fallen! We are on a rum to drink and eat. No surprise it is a DOK, but in spite of everything even if it is the brothel so much there is things in there we take pleasure with this rum which remains a long, very long time in mouth."
"DOK 1500 grams of esters for the pleasure of the Jamaican integralists. Explosion of intense flavors on the tropical fruit mainly!"
