“In the nose still very fruity, one notices his age on the palate but clearly! The barrel impact can not be denied, but the fruit notes and some long drawn black tea with a mix of espresso are also added! The alcohol is perceptible, but still goes.On the palate, the dark woody side predominates!Overall a good solid PM”

“Second tasting: alcohol seems better integrated today and on the palate I find nice notes of resin and herbs ( 2)Nose: super fruity nose with sweet tropical fruits! Reminds me of New Yarmouth Vidya. Glue is there as well. Very nice and relatively straightforward.Palate: the alcohol is very present and here the fruitiness is unfortunately almost masked by the wood and bitter notes. But there is a nice interplay between fruity and woody notes.Finish: long and dominated by wood but the fruits shine through fortunately also still. Very good rum, unfortunately I feel the alcohol is not particularly well integrated.”
