“Warm, cinnamon, barrel, molasses, spicy, Mouth tar, tobacco, banana, dried fruit, burnt sugar, slightly rubbery, vanilla. The mouth brings a good portion of caroni. I let the sample breathe for a long time. The alcohol seemed well integrated to me. Very dry finish. A good rum, but for 66 volume there is too little going on for me in addition to the Caroni note.”
