"The ageing process has left its very own mark on the rhum. Despite 40%, the alcohol is still present, not particularly unpleasant, but still noticeable. The mouthfeel is full-bodied. The finish is initially fruity - tart and then slightly woody with vanilla and licorice at the end. I was particularly surprised by the dried fruit aromas, as I did not necessarily expect these to be so pronounced in an aged Agricole. For me, the association with a Demarara is closer here than with an Agricole."

"Milder Agricole mit vielen Facetten. Sehr rund und trocken. In der Nase noch ein wenig Frucht, die im Geschmack nur ganz leicht im Hintergrund zu erahnen ist. Im Geschmack ein Wechselspiel zwischen erdigen und blumigen Noten. Im Abgang leichte Aromen von Tabak. Insgesamt vielleicht ein klein wenig zu leicht. Dennoch ein milder Agricole für jeden Tag. Für Whiskey Fans auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen."
