“Enjoying this rum yet again and I still love it. This is one of the few rums carrying the AOC certification! A dry but very complex and well balanced rhum Agricole. The single column copper still in which it was made has given it a lot of flavours not available in normal stills A masterpiece of rum made from molasses showing that with love and care you can make a well aged Rhum Agricole from molasses.”
