"Enjoying this rum yet again and I still love it. This is one of the few rums carrying the AOC certification! A dry but very complex and well balanced rhum Agricole. The single column copper still in which it was made has given it a lot of flavours not available in normal stills A masterpiece of rum made from molasses showing that with love and care you can make a well aged Rhum Agricole from molasses."
"An excellent rum, one of my favorites at Clément 👍🏻😋"
"While very obviously a good rum, I have one problem with it: how old is it? I've googled it, and there's no transparative information. Some say it contains 70ties stuff, some say it contains 3 vintages (90ties up till 00-10ties stuff). Some say its 15y - 6y old. Confusing. Why not state this on the label [rant out/] So. A very fine dry agricole rhum. Well made. Only 44% but that's fine in this case. Very dry. Long finish. Hard to describe all the flavours because they're subtle and finely balanced. Chamomille herbal tea. Maybe bamboo shoot. Some minty notes. A bit of rubber but not the funky Caroni kind. Good good stuff. A classic yet complex agricole (there's probably some older stuff in here)."
"Impressive complexity for the drinking strength on offer. All the expected aromas are present, the agricole-like hazelnut-cocoa-nougat notes are paired with dried fruit and dark spices, all in almost perfect balance. Not a volume monster, but never thin or flat. Appealing release and a perfect daily sipper for relaxed enjoyment."
