„This is a nicely balanced rum and I think the price tag is spot on. Sweet and fruity with nice roasted wood and I like the light coffee note you get. Draws really nice curtains in the glass. The barrel finish is also in there without being too dominant and the empty glass reveals a lot of nice flavours.“

„Die Kombi mit dem Süssweinfass tut dem Rum gut - ohne die Trockenfrüchte wäre das ein eher eindimensionales Profil. Die mir bekannten Artesanos eint mE eine recht eigene Note, die ich mit milchigen Noten und etwas Mineralischem verbinde.“

„Farbe: Goldbraun Geruch: Zu Beginn süßes Karamell. Dann Toffee, Rosinen, Kakao und Holz. Zudem Röstaromen. Insgesamt ausgewogen und rund. Geschmack: Vollmundig, süß und schwer im Mund. Beim Schlucken würzig schokoladig. Viel exotische Gewürze - Kümmel, Kardamom, Nelke und Pfeffer. Zudem Dörrpflaumen, holzige und röstige Aromen. Lecker! Abgang: Mittelgang Kakao, holzig, würzig und röstig. Bitter im Nachgeschmack. 82 Punkte“
