nez: agréable, canne à sucre, végétal. acidulé (arlequin). bouche: saumure, sucre Roux.
This one also needs to rest for a good while because it's really intense. Not as fruity but fresh with lovely floral/Agricole notes. Dry, warm and intense on the palate and a very long finish.
Drinks well below the proof, but still an incredibly intense and full bodied rum. Heavy with olives, solvents, and brine but sweet as well.
