Sehr angenehm, schöne Fruchtnoten, würzige Grundnote mit Vanille. Gut und nachhaltig im Abgang, insgesamt super zu trinken.

In der Nase süße Vanille mit mit einer Fruchtnote. Im Mund eine würzige Überraschung. Süßer Rauch, Holz vom Fass. Im Abgang wieder angenehm süß und würzig.

Keine Ahnung was das sollte. Zum Glück war es nur eine Probe aus dem Adventskalender.... erinnerte mich an meine ersten Versuche Wein zu vergoren... Essig geworden. So riecht das hier auch, dazu brennender Alkoholgeschmack. Das Gabz als Rum zu bezeichnen ist schon frech, vor allem der Preis... Ab in den Abfluss

First off, the quality definitely doesn't match the price tag. But of course this is a limited release and it's in a carafe, but still a steep price. The nose is sweet and fruity with a lot of vanilla and some earthy notes. The palate is sweet and fruity and again with a lot of vanilla trailed by chocolate, smoke and tobacco. The finish is medium long with dried fruit, tobacco and vanilla.

Probably the highest base from Santos...or certainly the most expensive. Truthfully, the decanter is nicer than what's inside. Otherwise, good rum on the same basis.

Ein Vertreter von A.H. Riise, der eine etwas andere Nase mit Rauch, Malz, Erde und dunklen Gewürzen besitzt. Im Hintergrund schwillt trotzdem die extrem künstliche Süßigkeitenschachtel. Das Maß der Süße im Mund ist überwältigend. Man kann den Rum zu Gute halten, dass er etwas komplexer als andere "Spirit Drinks" von A.H. Riise ist. Ein normaler Rum ist das nämlich nicht.
