“Overall an OK Jamaican rum but that lacks the expected funkiness, probably because of the low ABV. I tasted it at the 1423 stand during the Stockholm Beer & Spirits Fair 2023. This Jamaican rum is a blend of copper pot distilled molasses based rums that have been aged between 4 and 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.”

“07.2024 Erster Eindruck: wow, lecker Jamaica! Nase: sehr fruchtig und aromatisch, Ester, Party Gaumen: jetzt wirds ernst und kräftig aber immer noch leicht, spannender Kontrast zum ersten Eindruck Abgang: kurz und knackig Gesamteindruck: gefällt mir richtig gut, zum pur Sippen etwas leicht aber okay, spielt seine Stärken in fruchtigen Mixern aus: bringt alkoholische Stärke, leichte Ester und dezente Würze mit. Hab daher meine ursprüngliche Wertung von 7,0 auf 7,3 erhöht. Das ganz kleine Fläschchen auf dem Foto gabs als Geschenk bei der Tour durch die Worthy Park Distillery … bei den Merchandising-Artikeln konnte ich nicht widerstehen (wenn man schon mal im Lluidas Vale ist 😉) 02.2023 hab mir die 200ml Flask auf Jamaica gekauft und fand ihn klasse als Energizer für Fruchtsäfte”
