NOSE: rich caramel, vanilla custard, crème brûlée, warm banana bread, hazelnut, tobacco, refinished antique furniture. PALATE: overripe banana, tart passionfruit, sour tamarind, sweet nut brittle, nougat, caramel, warm oak tannins. FINISH: sweet cinnamon, banana, hints of nutmeg & clove. OVERALL: a delicious, redolent, gratifying rum. Somewhat of a dessert pour. Full of warm rich baked goods & sweet pastry, overripe tropical fruits, plenty of ripe & baked banana all around. The nose is just lovely. While it may not offer anything mind-blowing or new, the warming notes are deeply layered, and I could revisit this often. Just a beautiful, gratifying rum, and the best example of Worthy Park I’ve had so far. SCORE: 83/100
