The "19Y HTR" was produced in Trinidad at the Caroni distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Kintra. It was distilled in 1998 from Molasses and then aged for 19 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,1% and the mark is HTR. This is a limited release and there are only 158 bottles. 9 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.4/10. The rum smells like Barrel, Toasted and Black pepper, and on the palate there is Barrel, Burnt and Red pepper.

Very spicy 1998 Caroni. Lots of dark spices, barrel influence, some caramel, plus the HTR profile. Very good release.
