The "Wild Series Rum Uitvlugt No. 19 MPM" was produced in Guyana at the Uitvlugt distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Romdeluxe. It was distilled in 1990 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 30 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 51,1% and the mark is MPM. This is a limited release and there are only 208 bottles. 16 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.7/10. The rum smells like Mineral, Licorice and Woody, and on the palate there is Woody, Dried fruit and Anise.

"Considering the price tag this one fully live up to the hype. It is however still a pretty good Uitvlugt with its dark and woody profile with a bit of fruit and nice spices. You need to rest it for a while in order to get the full flavour profile and in the empty glass you get nice chocolate and licorice after a while."
"A Uitvlugt with a dark profile due to the Port Mourant still. The nose is quite diverse, with notes of fruit, citrus and tropical fruit, solvent and floral notes, but is mostly driven by spices, licorice and anise. There is a similar framework on the palate, with toasty and earthy notes, tobacco, chili pepper and a mineral edge. The finish continues in the same vein, but lacks length and impact compared to the nose and mouth. A pleasant and subtle rum, which could gain in intensity with a higher alcohol level."
