“This was the final one if the evening and the lowest scoring one. Yet it scored pretty high in my mind and a great rum. The cask is finish is there. The nose is very fruity with cinnamon, wi e and a hint of oak. The palate is dry, warm and oily and continues where the nose left off. Fruity with spices and what I liked the most is the balance between the bitterness and the dry oily/oaky flavours. The finish is long and dry/spicy with oak and raisins.”
