“Un très bon Foursquare. Au nez on retrouve toute les notes classiques de cette distillerie à savoir du bois (mais plutôt jeune), de la noix de coco, de l'amande etc... En bouche en revanche on peut un peu plus apprécier la finition apporté par ferroni avec un crémeux infini, un bois toujours bien présent en copeaux mais pas écrasant, un fumé-toasté superbe et un côté cire gourmande. Le bourbon et le rasteau apporte à mon avis un peu de tanins et de coffre, vraiment très bon, même si on perd un peu en gourmandise en finale.”
